Lack of time
If lack of time is your barrier then try more efficient forms of training like HIIT training which cycles between high and low paced exercises. Try reframing the meaning exercise in your head, It doesn’t have to be a gruelling 3-hour session at the gym. Exercise can be as simple as taking the stairs or walking the dog!
Boredom
This is one I suffer from! Try changing your workout routine or even try your hand at cross-fit which is a variety of activities aimed at burning fat. You could even start a workout group with your loved ones, turning exercise time into family bonding time.

The best way is to incorporate it into your daily routine. Make sure to make your exercise isn’t dependent on the time of day or the weather.
Travel
Plan ahead by booking your travels in areas where there are a variety of gyms and fitness centres. If you are stuck in the airport, clock some miles by walking the airport terminal. And if all else fails, you can even workout in your hotel room
Injury
Always make sure you are fully recovered before you return to your normal workout routine. But in future remember to always do proper warm ups and cool downs in order to prevent injury in the first place. And when you do climb back on that workout band waggon, remember to start slowly and give your body a chance to catch up to its old fitness levels!
