The above quote is very much true, until and unless we are not healthy from inside we are not happy. Even, if we earn a lot of money but there is no happiness. Being healthy does not just mean physical health of a person; it covers both aspects of any human ie PHYSICAL health as well as MENTAL health. Both form of health have its own causes and cure and both are very much dependent on each other or we can say one can be the cause of other and at the very same time one is the cure for the other. Likewise we say "if a person is not physically well, it is going to affect his / her mental health". At the very same time we say "He is so healthy physically that he is always cheerful and so he is very much tension free and so he does not have any mental tension".
If a person is not mentally well then his physical health is affected, and it is very easily seen on their face. That is how just by seeing someone we say "he is so full of life !!" Whenever we see any cheerful person. His face has a different charisma. But at the same time whenever we see few people and we are not able to stop ourselves by saying that "how depressed is he always !!"
We humans are bound to take mental tensions and make our body suffer. So there had been many courses to be mentally as well as physically very healthy. Taking few times from our precious work to become healthy and we have many options like, Yoga, which, if we follow regularly not only give our health a boon but also relieves us from all tensions. We learn to work very calmly, another being MEDITATION, which gives our mental health a lot of piece and make us very much patient towards any situation. There are various forms of exercises like aerobics, jogging, Gymnasium.etc … Even new forms of dances is coming up and they keep us involved in them. Few of them to be named are salsa, cha-cha-cha, tap dance etc …
