There is nothing better than barbequing after a golf game! Get your golf buddies and their wives or girlfriends to meet up at the house. After being outdoor playing golf it looks only fitting to stay outdoors and party with a barbeque that is more than up-to-par.

It's time to start celebrating and what better way than with food and wine. Like most guys, I love to do the grilling thing and my wife loves it when I get to do the cooking. My cooking skills are not that great in the kitchen, however, get me in front of the grill and I become a master chef.

Could the caveman syndrome something to do with an open fire flame? Getting the barbeque out is like making instant food, put it on the grill, cook and serve. The secret to this is to keep things simple.

Start with fresh seasonal ingredients including produce and meat; I try to use local ingredients grow in our area. Now I either choose to cook slowly at a low heat or fast super red hot grilling. Using slow grilling enables me to use using my special secret rub recipes to get the deep flavor. The grilling with high heat results in searing and charring.

Golf and barbeque are about sharing. Yes, you can play golf alone or barbeque by yourself but it's a lot more fun to do it with others, people who are important in your life. There is nothing better than barbequing after golf game.
